Magic fruit!

According to recent research, it was found that people who ate a grapefruit everyday for breakfast for two weeks reported that they had lots more energy and better concentration and even their skin improved!
Why not cut up a grapefruit and have it on your cereal or with some yoghurt to give you a boost before school?

Yummy meal

Do you get back from school and perhaps your mum or dad aren’t back from  work and you fancy a nice tasty meal? Why not do some jacket potatoes? They are filling, versatile and healthy!
Bake in an oven on 200*C for about 1 hour 15 mins or until soft when you poke with a knife.
