After a six hour thriller Novak Djokovic came out on top in the Austalian open. The amazing Novak beat Rafeal Nadal in the best final you have ever seen of the Australian open. By winning this Djokovic is still the reining number 1 champion and with another title to his name.

Fancy a snack but not sure what to have?

Why not make some toaster pitta pockets?!

Ingredients- mini pitta breads, filling of your choice such as cheese/ ham/ salad….

Method

Pop a pitta in the toaster for 30 seconds to warm
Cut open and add filling of your choice
Enjoy!

In a new study researchers from university of Wisconsin found that smokers who quit cope with stress just as well after giving up.

The study which is published in the Annals of Behavioural Medicine found that over the long term, individuals will be happier and more satisfied with their lives if they give up.

Great news if you are thinking of quiting!

After Cheryl Cole was kicked off the USA X Factor she has been inundated with offers to get her back on the TV.

She’s had scripts for Hollywood films sent to her, music collaboration offers but it seems she is going to be having her own talk show!

It’s possibly going to be called ‘Late Night with Cheryl’ and will feature a fashion segment.
