  • Join a gym or a class… You could try a Boxercise or Bodytone class at a gym, or try salsa dancing, hip hop or martial arts? There are loads of places in Stoke that offer these sorts of things for a couple of pound a week.
  • Go for a walk – there are loads of nice places around Stoke-on-Trent you and your friends or family could go.  Plus, exercise helps you are getting some exercise!
