Want to feel good, happy and positive?
Exercise is the answer!
When you exercise chemicals are released in the brain called endorphins. These make us feel happy and put us in a good mood.
Even doing some gentle exercising can make us feel better. Go for a stroll with your dog, put together some street dance moves with your mate or play on your Wii fit.
Exercise is especially great if you are quitting smoking as it takes your mind off cravings and helps get your energy and fitness back up.
